By accessing and using Webicly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Webicly is a page-building platform that enables users to create, customize, and publish focused public pages. Our service includes:

  • Drag-and-drop page builder interface
  • AI-assisted content generation and suggestions
  • Template library and customization tools
  • Hosting and publishing capabilities
  • Analytics and performance tracking
  • Integration with third-party services

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Distribute spam, malware, or other malicious content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

  • Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. Payment Terms

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using our service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Our Content: The service, including templates, tools, and software, is owned by Webicly and protected by intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the appropriateness of AI-generated content.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webicly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
